A sustainable new residential neighbourhood in Downtown Squamish is a step closer to reality after District Council gave First and Second Reading to the Waterfront Landing proposal.

"Pridham Development is incredibly pleased to receive the support of Squamish and reach this milestone in the project's history," said Principal Sam Hanson. "We feel this will be a landmark project, and one that will bring numerous benefits to the community on an economic, social and environmental level."
